Cheeky Monkey Banana Smoothie

• 1 banana peeled
• 1 Original Foods Banana Wedge Cake
• 1 cup vanilla ice-cream
• 2 cups of ice
• 1/2 cup milk

Place all ingredients in the blender starting with 1/2 a cup of milk and blitz. If the smoothie is to thick, add milk to get the consistency you love.

Now go ape and decorate! I dipped the glass in our chocolate ganache topped with a scoop of banana ice-cream, whipped cream, banana lollies and sprinkled with caramel popcorn.

If the idea of blitzed Goofy Banana Cake doesn’t appeal replace cake with another banana. Serve alongside a slice of Goofy Cake.
