We’ve been busy in the kitchen again creating Zingy Bliss Balls! We thought you might like the Recipe:
- 250g Zingy Lemon Slice by Original Foods Baking Co
- 50g dried apricots
- The zest of one lemon
- 1 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Desiccated coconut for rolling your bliss balls in
1. Place all ingredients (except the coconut) in your Kitchen Whizz.
2. Blitz until the mix starts to come away from the sides of the whizz.
3. Form into bite size balls and roll in coconut.
4. Store in the fridge – Yum!!! ??????
